Troop 53
Summer Camp Information

Cost

As with all things in life, the cost of camp has again increased this year.

Printed permission/registration forms are now available from the Scoutmaster. If you were at the April 10 Troop meeting you should have received yours. If not, you'll get it at the next meeting you attend. Please refer to that form for how much you owe and when your payment deadline is.

Youth:
The base cost per Scout for 2012 is $210.00 due at the Council office by May 1. After that date the cost increases to $230.00. The only exception is for those former Webelos / new Scouts who have joined since January 1; their fee remains $210.00 and is due to the Council June 1. Note that these dates are when money is due to the Council. The deadline for turning in your money to the Troop is on your "invoice".

Adult:
Adults attending camp will be charged $75.00. This fee actually did not increase — yay!

Other notes:

  • The fees quoted above are before any Troop 53 "incentives" are deducted.
  • All week-long campers, youth and adult, will have $5.00 added to the fees they owe to pay for the Family night Pig Roast.
  • Scouts (but not adults) will receive a "free" camp t-shirt as part of the fee.
  • At checkin, the Troop will receive 2 tickets per Scout good for 5 shots/ticket for shotgun shooting or 10 shots/ticket for rifle shooting.
